Season 2008 2009
Reece Dobie Now in his third season with
Jordan Yeomans
A no-nonsense defender who has the ability to shaw up our defensive play in times of panic. Has proved to be a worthy deputy between the sticks when needed.
Liam Proud The first
of our new players this season, they say great things come in small bundles
this lads has the potential to prove the saying right. Currently operating in a
midfield position and proving to be a good tackler.
Jack Harding Ever the
terrier, often asked to play in a few different positions. Continues to grow in
statue with opponents knowing when they come across him. Jack starts his 4th
season with
Brandon Nadeem
Operates in a midfield or defensive role, and starts his 4th
season with
Samuel Johnson One of
the longest serving players, now starting his sixth season with
James Golding
Along with Sam the longest serving player also starting his sixth season with
Jake Whisson
A lad who took a little time to settle into the squad but with shear
determination is proving to be a vital asset up front or in midfield. Last Seasons sportsman of the year.
Robbie Potter A fine
finisher who adopted very well to a change of position half way through last
season. While starting the season not in his preferred position never fails to
give 100%. Currently the clubs top all time goal scorer and current holder of
Best trainer for last season, a worthy recipient of the captains armband for
this season.
Ayrton
Browning One of the teams most versatile players,
operates in various positions and never lets the team down. Rewarded
last season with the Managers Player award.
Alex Youll Into his second season with
Matthew Fretwell
Also into his second season, is a no-nonsense defender whose mere presence
can send fear into the opposing opposition. Growing in
confidence with every match.
Connor Wade A late
edition to this seasons squad so is starting a little later than the others,
however is proving to be a fast player with the potential to play in midfield
or up front.
Liam Tweddle
A tricky little winger whose performances over the
season just grew and grew. Towards the end of the season his mazy runs was
terrorising the opposing defences. Once he starts to add goals to his play he
is this seasons one to watch.
Tait
Donaldson Our final new edition, he comes to us with experience
in playing junior soccer before, and that shows through. Currently operating in
a forward position and has already shown us he knows where the net is.
